• Lighter & Stronger - Thanks to the newly used nylon with glass fibers, the new Fenix binding model is more durable and 30% lighter than its predecessor model.
• Aluminum Heelcup – The new top of the line Drift and Fenix bindings have a heelcups made from an aluminum alloy for added durability and strength to the binding baseplate.
• Aluminum Ratchets – The ratchets on the highest Drift and Fenix models are made of aluminium alloy and are therefore more resistant to damage than ratchets made of plastic.
• Flexible 3D Straps – Anatomically shaped straps provide the perfect blend of comfort and responsiveness while riding, all at a low weight.
• Baseplate Cover – The baseplate cover made of EVA material absorbs shocks during impacts, dampens vibrations during riding and helps the boot to sit more firmly in the binding.
• 3° Tilt of the Baseplate – The slightly tilted baseplate guarantees a more natural position of the ankles and knees, which also helps to transfer energy to the snowboard better.
